Our initial induction covers all mandatory training in health and social care to the national minimum standard (NMS). All new joiners are mandated to complete the Care Certificate Induction made up of 15 minimum standards.
Specialist training sessions are also facilitated to enhance staff performance, skills, and continued professional development.

Cleaning Session
If you need extra help with interior cleaning, Blue Ocean Services Ltd offers industrial cleaning and de-cluttering services that leave your space cleaner than ever!
