Responsibilities:

  • Allocation of care workers to clients, preparing rotas ensuring all visits are covered using our rostering system.
  • Ensure holiday, sickness and emergency care calls are assigned appropriately·
  • Distribution of staff rotas
  • Act as point of contact and dealing with enquiries when necessary for clients, relatives, Social Services, other health professionals, Care Workers
  • Assess capacity for new client referrals.
  • Answering all incoming phone calls and dealing with all queries in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
  • Partaking in the out of hours On-Call rota.
  • Willingness to support the team in the field when needed
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures/CQC regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of the service in line with Company policies and procedures, using computer and manual systems.
  • Participate in Staff and Client meetings, as and when required.
